Dear parents, staff and all stakeholders. Management wishes to inform you of the following arrangement for the Easter break.
1. VACATION FOR FINAL YEAR STUDENTS
All final year students will have a break, which also marks their vacation on Wednesday April 16, 2025, and return to school on Tuesday April 29, 2025.
2. EASTER BREAK FOR SECOND YEAR STUDENTS
All Form 2 students will break for the Easter festivities on Wednesday April 16, 2025 and return to school on Tuesday April 22, 2025.
Boarding students are expected to report to school before 5:00pm, whilst day students are expected in school on Wednesday April 23, 2025 by 7:00am for classes to resume.
3. DEPARTURE
Parents and guardians will be allowed into the compound to pick their wards on Wednesday April 16, 2025 only after 7:00am
4. FAILURE TO REPORT BACK TO SCHOOL ON TIME
Parents and guardians are informed that management expects all students to report to school on their scheduled date and time without fail to avoid punishment.
Parents and guardians of Form 3 students are particularly reminded that the registration process for the 2025 West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) has not been completed. Candidates may therefore be called back if the need arises.
Management will not take responsibility for any student who does not respond to such calls to return to complete the registration.
Management wishes all students a successful vacation and Easter celebration.
